	ARA Real Estate Appraisals Inc. provides rush appraisal service for emergency situations when you need the report right away.  Your rush appraisal order is given priority.  We guarantee the turnaround time once your order is confirmed, otherwise the rush fee portion will be refund to the party who paid the service.
